Resveratrol Synergy - 120 tablets

Resveratrol Synergy is a phytoalexin that is produced naturally by several plants when being attacked by various forms of pathogens such as bacteria or fungi. Plants that do not produce resveratrol are sprayed with pesticide chemicals that protect the plant from fungal and bacterial infection; however the plant absorbs some of the pesticide and therefore takes it onboard; meaning that food that isn’t organically grown will contain the pesticide chemicals. As well as producing less resveratrol which is not needed by the plant as the chemical pesticide does the work of the resveratrol within the plant. There have been many studies, conducted on animals and more recently on humans, about the cancer fighting effects of resveratrol. Resveratrol interacts with multiple molecular targets and has a positive effect on the cells of breast, skin, gastric, colon, prostate, pancreatic cancer and leukemia. When applied to the skin resveratrol has an effect on melanomas (skin cancer) by inhibiting the damaged skin and decreased skin cancer incidence. However, when injected resveratrol at levels of 2.5-10 mg/kg slowed the growth of cancer. Resveratrol in high doses can slow the growth of neuroblastomas. It is an effective anti-oxidant. Several studies have been conducted to prove this fact. It inhibits lipid peroxidation of LDL cholesterol, prevents the cytotoxicity of oxidized LDL cholesterol and protects cells from lipid peroxidation. Lipid peroxidation refers to the oxidative degradation of lipids. It is a process whereby free radicals steal electrons from the lipid cell membranes, resulting in cell damage. Resveratrol protects against apoptotic stimuli (a DNA damaging agent) and ischemic damage (tissue damage due to lack of oxygen and nutrients). The component in resveratrol that gives it its antioxidant qualities is called Polyohenol. Unstable molecules called free radicals cause oxidative damage to our tissues and as well as our cells by destroying their integral parts (DNA, membranes and proteins). When these cells are attacked, the organs which host these cells can also malfunction and health complications will eventually ensue. Polyohenol counter the free radicals' attacks even in the face of pollution, UV radiation, poor diet and other things which can generate oxidative stress. Bobby has one of these Jarrow formula per day.
