Hi, can you use this as you would olive oil/vegetable oil? For cooking, like frying/roasting etc?

This is for Deb. I have a wellness centre in australia and have been using pure coconut oil for cooking, moisturing, sunbathing, and for massaging my clients. It is by far the best and most safe oil on the market as it never oxidises and goes rancid or changes its molecular structure unlike olive & other oils. hope you enjoy the benefit

It is my understanding that Coconut Oil, as with all oils, when heated for cooking the healthy fatty acids turn into unhealthy fats. For this reason any food fried in coconut oil will be harmful for the body - unless you cook it really slowly on a low heat and stir it constantly to prevent any oil from getting too hot. Can anyone else confirm this or comment?
